Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://enna-chocolate-2017.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Indiegogo account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://enna-chocolate-2017.backerkit.com/faq.

Thank you for your support! We are excited to begin work on fulfilling our Indiegogo campaign perks. To help us manage this process, we've signed up with Backerkit. Please keep your eyes open for an email from Backerkit - this email will contain a link to a short survey where you may confirm your shipping (or free pickup) preferences, as well as a last chance to grab any swag that you wish you had ordered earlier (hats, Ts, mugs, etc). We'll post an update here when our Backerkit email goes out, so that you can know to look for it.

Greetings!
It's been interesting to see which perk items on our Indiegogo campaign are most popular... and so gratifying to know that the most popular items BY FAR are chocolate bars. After all, that is why we are here!
We limited the number of bars that we're promising through this campaign, because we didn't want to make people wait too long for their bars. However, for this final week of the campaign, we've added a few fun perks including chocolate:
- 10 chocolate bars (ready by June 2018)
- A gorgeous Lucie design T (ready in time for the holidays 2017)
Our campaign has 7 days left and we're just $3000 from our stretch goal of $16,000. We are so grateful for the outpouring of support for our little chocolate factory,
Now, onto an update about the chocolate factory itself: we've been making chocolate (2 batches so far) in our new kitchen/factory/tasting room, and the space is bright and airy and glorious to spend the day working in. If you find yourself near Epping, NH, please do stop in and say hello!
Lots of folks have asked about a Grand Opening... we're still in the "soft opening" phase while we build up inventory, but we have a few Opening events in the works. Most importantly, our Indiegogo Supporters Party is going to be on Wednesday December 13, in the evening. We hope to see you there so that we can thank you in person, so please save the date!!
